I think YouTube can handle pretty much any video format. From what I can tell you’re using after effects and it’s default output is ( I believe) mp4.

I can’t find mp4 in it. there’s AIFF AVI WAV MP3 But no mp4. could be here for ages lol

Render using the Render Queue which in my case exports as a mov file. Then use an online converter to get it in MP4 format.
