The weather presenter touching an invisible CGI button to make the next graphic appear is so unnecessary, but yet somehow strangely works! Couldn't see that style of weather presenting working in the UK though. Here it is very stoic and "stand almost completely still in front of a screen and press your button on a cord".

From the 7th September, their second channel La Deux is merging with youth radio station Pure to form a new brand: Tipik.
Tipik will be available across TV, radio and online and is aimed at young people.
This is their new green logo, gone is the pink of La Deux.

Considering it is the obvious thing to do in the 3D environment weather has very much remained 2D, though I think BBC NI may have done something.

A collection of idents from DR1, which now has a new corporate look since January. The channel along with the rest of DR now uses the custom DR Publik font.
The theme in DR1's idents, if you couldn't tell, is hands. Each ident shows different people's hands doing stuff like knocking on the door, writing, kneading dough, holding out some lingonberries and more.
The theme is kinda similar to Nederland/NPO1's idents from 2003, which also had a theme of hands.
