Something odd on BTS1 WOL-OLY Europa League Graphics, acknowledged. No match timer just '1st' indicating first half and located bottom left, rather than top left on the screen.

EDIT - 9 mins in normal service resumed.

Also that article states Clive Tyldesley is commenting on the Champions League for NBC, but from what I can tell NBC aren’t the rights holder for that.

He's doing it for CBS, who do have the rights.

No fake crowd noise on BT either? VMTV do have it.

BeIN have it for Wolves but not Frankfurt v Basel. They didn't have it for Bayer v Leverkusen earlier though. World feed commentary as usual on all Europa League matches.

Neither VMTV nor BT seem to have it for Frankfurt v Basel oddly.

Over on Sky Sports, it’s golf’s first major of the calendar year, the PGA Championship, and an oddity of coverage is that ESPN are broadcasting the first two rounds with what is unmistakably CBS Sports graphics.

First year for the PGA Championships but it mirrors a long term deal for the Masters where CBS produce the coverage for the first two days.

The only UEL host broadcaster providing ‘enhanced’ sound for the world feed is BT Sport. Not sure why they didn’t have it on their own Wolves coverage, but they were providing it for the rest of the world.

(Possibly related to why they had no scorebar to start with, as they did have the scorebar on their world feed from the start.)

Matches played at the neutral venues in Germany and Portugal also have enhanced sound on the world feed. As such, every match from next week in UCL and UEL should have the additional FX available.

The enhanced effects are being produced for tonight and tomorrow's UCL R16 games, though BT are only providing the non-enhanced version for matches involving UK teams.

There were a few gremlins last night - there were of course supposed to be score graphics and enhanced effects throughout!

RTÉ2's CL coverage had 30 minutes build-up to Man City vs Real Madrid tonight.

RTÉ's coverage has a smaller desk placed in the middle of Studio 5 which was not placed underneath the UFEA CL logo shown on the video wall at the very start of it's broadcast. The UFEA CL on the video wall was located left from the small desk. The desk in Studio 5 only fits 2 analysts & the presenter. RTÉ2 has the stadium crowd noise provided from UFEA added into their match coverage.

George Hamilton & Stephen Kelly are doing the match commentary from Dublin.
