Julio’s theme?

Sounds like it could be the theme for a version of the show set in Los Barcos.

I thought they were meant to be showing the Who Killed Lucy flashback/reveal episode tonight? Instead we're getting another episode from that week.

Still with the #EELive hashtag in the corner as well on the scenes that were originally live, surely they made versions of these episodes without it?

This one was promoted as the main anniversary ep at the time and the one to reveal the killer - the live twist at the end of the flashback episode later that night was just that. It’s a shame showing this one on its own implies Jane did it, I guess you could have glued together the flashback and Friday live but probably would have made less sense.

Lots of people on Twitter lamenting the loss of How’s Adam when in fact it was on the Monday episode that week.

The listings mags in at least two different newspapers at the weekend made mention of the How's Adam gaffe, clearly expecting that to be the episode shown.

I seem to remember that EastEnders was shown five nights that week (maybe not the Wednesday?), and this episode was the first of two episodes on the Thursday, the actual anniversary night. All were part-live (except the flashback episode) and Friday’s episode was completely live. By the way, “How’s Adam?” was the Tuesday episode!

As James says, the synopsis for tonight’s repeat (certainly on Virgin‘s EPG) refers to the following flashback episode. I remember similar confusion about which Den and Angie ep was going to be repeated a few weeks ago.

I suppose this episode in itself was iconic as it was anniversary night, and contains nods to the past, and Kathy’s surprise return.

Even the flashback episode was part-live. The end scene with the reveal was live.

The episode tied in with Monday's 'Secrets from the Square' featuring Adam and Gillian - and to a lesser extent, Diane and Tameka last week, where Kim giving birth to Pearl in the live scenes was mentioned.

I've noticed now that Drama are premiering their episodes early in the morning, then repeating them during the usual 1PM slot. Seems unusual, usually it's the other way round with morning showings being a repeat of the previous day's episodes.

“How’s Adam?” is having an extended break away from the Square, according to the Sunday papers.

Morning showings are actually the premiere of that day's episodes, with repeats as usual at 1.00 pm. As noticed on Freeview EPG Synopsis in the morning showings appears again in the afternoon showings.

Isn’t that what James said? 😜

This is a new thing though. The “new” episodes used to debut at lunchtime with a repeat overnight/the following morning.
