Saw some interesting pres just now on Levy's Look North - a split screen, with the name aston only on the right side. The programme name was moved to the bottom right.

They seem to change what type of split screen they use each day. They used a particularly awful one earlier this week where it was just the screen split in half and instead of the aston you described on the right it was just their name in reith in a massive font size slapped over the interviewee’s video.

Probably related to the thing BBC Local Radio have played out for ages now the first time each show mentions the text number. Possibly overcautious GDPR compliance/arse covering.

John Shires has got his hair cut

He had one of the best lockdown barnets of all tv presenters. The mullet that was flicking back up was a delight!

Calendar dedicated the whole programme to the death of Jack Charlton tonight. For the first time since lockdown it was both double headed and an OB

Tonight's Look Leeds was all about Leeds' promotion, presented live from Bellend road. Of course they did the same for that team down the M1 last year Rolling Eyes

Pretty sure they would have done a decent chunk of the show from the victory parade last year which Leeds obviously can't do.

After many months, Duncan Wood was back on Calendar tonight

It was double headed as well, although Christine was live from Ashington rather than being in the studio
