It's a new studio, whether it replaces the normal daytime studio or the normal Today at Wimbledon point, I'm not sure.
So Sue Barker is presenting, possibly live, from a balcony on the side of Court No. 1 at Wimbledon rather than being in the studio.
Although looking at how cold and windy it looks I bet they wish they were in the studio.

As a cycling freak, ITV4 are showing Tour de France "Recycled" the 2018 edition when Geraint Thomas wins.
It's always a strange the 1st week, but theres a lot I'd forgotten- not least Chris Froome nearly crashing out on Stage 1 and the mess of Quick Steps team time trial on Stage 3.
But it's a good substitute for the 2020 tour and does show that ITV with VTV make the best use of the UCL feed in terms of both presentation, graphics and commentary.
Ironically with this "recycled", the 2020 Tour starting hopefully end of August then the Vuelta in October into November, plus the one day classics to come as well- ITV4 should be cycling heaven for the next few months.

Racing and football are able to still go ahead because of the numerous, extensive precautions that are in place including constant testing, non-stop cleaning and extremely strictly enforced social distancing and isolation. I don't believe anyone would wish to undergo that kind of rigmarole to go to have a browse in Primark.
