I still remember the one and only time Fiona Armstrong popped up on Breakfast in Salford, it was also the first time Roger Johnson presented and the first time they'd broken from more familiar presenters since moving to Salford. Simon McCoy and Nicholas Owen made a few appearances in Salford at the beginning, presumably to ease the transition, but it didn't last long.
I thought Fiona was rather good on her Breakfast appearance, it's a shame she never returned. Indeed she was good on the News Channel too but she hasn't presented since the early days of NBH.
Are you going to be doing Six and Ten 2010 onwards?
Yes. I've just 2018/19 to do for Breakfast, then I'll be doing the One, and then the Six & Ten. And as I live in Leicester, I could soon have loads of time to do it in.
