If you want a long drawn out process, they've just had a commercial break and came back and then spent the best part of 5 minutes or so which was full of general nonsense and chit chat on the $250,000 question on the US version then going to another break.

Don't remember the US version being so wishy washy previously? Maybe it's just Jimmy Kimmel or the US Celebrity versions...

A waitress!

It would be brilliant, if she’s the one to win a Million.

Is it normal for the last episode to run on until 10 past 10?

I'm very glad they seemed to edit out the profession of the first contestant...otherwise there would have been pitch forks at the ready on here! (A lawyer / solicitor or something along those lines)

Also, a bit of an editing fail when she was about to leave they showed a shot of the audience with someone trying to make a quick exit!

It’s due to it being the last in the series, so they’ve allocated extra time in the schedule to finish the game.

The same happened last series, where they paused at 9, then continued for 15 minutes at 10

They did say her job something management related. Also it’s not about not liking these people or thinking they shouldn’t be allowed on, it’s about getting a variety of contestants from different backgrounds to make better telly.

Part of the joy is watching people changing their lives.

I've been watching on and off tonight but isn't there supposed to be something emotional or something in tonight's show?

I bet the games were broadcast out of order, and that £500,000 winner a couple of days ago was that moment.

I’m sure johnr would have told us, if that was the case.

So my 'points of interest'

Audience warm up was Mark Olver from Deal Or No Deal fame!

Audience giving the 48/51 split after contestant has used 50/50 - don't think this has had such a balance before in the UK version after having done some online research, it has happened in several international versions...I may be wrong! (I also thought this was a pretty easy question and typical 'audience fodder' although my friend sat next to me in the audience got it wrong so I guess that supports the overall split!)

Feels like a long time since a contestant lost £93,000, was the last one Oliver Blake all the way back in January 2019?

The £125,000 > £250,000 contestant was hit by the klaxon! (for some reason I thought they were £250,000 > £500,000, oops!) So there was a brief break in filming before Jeremy told us they would be filming the conclusion to air 'after the ITV News', but after they had filmed this piece they then filmed Jeremy again in a slightly different way so they could maybe squeeze it all into one continual episode which is what they have done in the end, hence the 10 minutes extra

I feel rather jealous of those who got to be in the audience for the Tuesday episode now! Anyway we were all gutted when they didn't know and their friend didn't know...because Jeremy 1000% knew and spent 10 minutes after the game explaining the answer in great detail!

If you look on the WWTBAM YouTube channel, the little piece that Jeremy has at the end of each clip (OK, here's my final question...) was filmed straight after this episode was filmed Smile You can clearly see it was filmed by a bloke holding a rather wobbly camera, why they didn't just film it from his normal position in front of the logo I don't know!

So no million pound winner spoiler (I suspect the press would do a much better job of that) but certainly a couple of enjoyable big money games, especially when sat metres away watching it all unfold live! They did a good job in the editing suite as I remember being there for a good 3-4 hours so perhaps that explains why the 'chit chat' of old can feel to be missing at times

I also think Jeremy's 'emotional moment' in The Sun piece was referring to the £500,000 winner

...Forgot she was a chef though, so I suppose the £125,000 means about the same as a million to some of the other contestants!
