What sort of numbers does PBS pull in? Presumably far lower, but the quality of the broadcast is in another league to the dreadful big three output.

Have found myself watching PBS a few times recently and it really is just consistently excellent.

A fraction of that – usually about 1 to 2 million, though they've also gotten a bump in viewers recently, so it could be a little higher. PBS NewsHour is also simulcast on a number of public radio stations around the country, so there's more reach there as well.

Some are cheering because they think it's to do with a seemingly false accusation against Joe Biden that MSNBC had been "championing", whilst others are relating it to a book that Ronan Farrow put out back in October, and they think that Comcast has been working on getting Luck out since then.

Alleged cover-up of Weinstein sex scandal reporting and Lauer's alleged harassment, plus the disastrous hiring of Megyn Kelly.

Has the CBS Evening News fallen off the air?

I was watching WCBS and there was at least 5 minutes of repeated promos after CBS4 News at 6 finished then crashing into CBSN.

Most affiliates now seem to be taking CBSN.

Yes, they all are feeding CBSN after about 4 minutes of promos.

I thought I was going mad seeing Bull and FBI getting repeated time and time again!

People are ripping them on Twitter. It’s a shame they can’t even run a crawl or have the CBSN Anchor (unless that’s prerecorded) acknowledge the problem.
