In a way, the following programme ‘how to deep clean your house’ is well timed for people stuck at home. I have an Aunty who has stayed in because of underlying illnesses who after a few days has already started.
If anyone has about 40 minutes to spare I’d recommend listening to this weeks edition of The Media Show (found on BBC Sounds and usual Podcast places) as the whole programme is an interview with Channel 5’s head, Ben Frow. It’s quite the insight and you hear how much of his influence he has had and the reasons why he reformed the channel.

It was a great interview, I do think Amol Rajan was being a bit unfair trying to get him to stick the knife into Ian Katz and Channel 4 and Frow wisely avoided that question.

This sounds like the modern news/interview tactic of trying to get a headline grabbing soundbite.

People on this forum just seem to criticise Channel 5 on replaying the same programmes without realising how much of a limiting budget they are on! Channel 5 haven't got the money to constantly produce new programming...

The complaints are about the dishonest renaming of old programmes and promoting them as new.
