Sky One joined in with the Clap For Our Carers tonight. Is this the first time they've done it so far?

You’d think they might have guessed that when they scheduled it on Sunday teatime?

They might have assumed they'd have a day off the briefings on Easter Sunday, and TBH although Coronavirus and the NHS don't take the day off, due to the repetitive nature of the briefings now and the continual news cycle I think just having a statement issued instead on Easter Sunday might have been wise.
Turns out nobody had 2020 vision.

Have I Got News For You seems much better tonight, the audio and editing is better and they seem to have crews outside the participants houses given what Zoe Lyons said.

It felt like a normal episode, didn’t it?

HIGNFY was a huge improvement tonight. They seem to have made the edit more suitable for a TV show without an audience, so there's less awkward pauses. The broadcast quality helps too. Last week's reminded me a bit of those DVD games based on gameshows.

I notice they scrapped the canned applause at the end too.
