Unfortunately tying in with regional newspapers is a ship that has sailed - most are losing circulation rapidly, and the current situation may well finish a fair few off. Very few people still buy a regional daily. If the Evening Standard can't do it, no one else will.

The MEN is down to 33,000 last I saw, in 2008 it was at 153,000.

Enough to finish them off for good hopefully. Being on a channel like that could make people think it's genuine and serious, and enough people believe this lunatic theories already.

What are the other local stations doing? The lockdown must be affecting their news coverage, what little there is of it.
