Lower thirds are usually called astons. Full frame graphics are usually referred to as “viz” or “graphics”. They all actually come from viz engines. Very few people call them “VizRT”.

I was making a light joke.

Has this new theme music from BBC Persian been used on BBC World recently? Is that just used for the foreign language TV services for BBC News. It's just that like the sound of it after listening to this on Youtube. It has more of a slightly upbeat tone to it when you hear it from the headline bed to somewhere near the end of the headlines.

Yes it’s been used for some promos.

Yes it's mainly used on BBC World during the 'coming up' menu.

Speaking of Click Online, this surely has to be the best theme tune of the 2000s...

Although it isn't the 'original theme' as claimed by the YouTube uploader. This theme only came in during 2003. It was however, a vast improvement on the actual original 2000-2003 theme.

It's from the previous look of BBC Persian. It's from *2009*. Very similar to An La, minus the beeps.

BBC Persian's headline bed and the breakfiller track from 2009 are still in use on foreign language TV services for BBC News.

I don’t like the capital B on ‘By’ at the end.

Yeah, most if not all I’ve seen have been Reith’d. I heard the music and saw it was in the new graphics just now on a coming up promo for Outside Source.
