Why not !?
A Tour de France without any fans - would it work?

Already announced last week: https://www.melroserugby.org/
And deservedly so.
Quite a few of us have a bit more time on our hands at the moment...

So, we're setting a challenge - can you watch all 11 hours and 5 minutes of Isner vs Mahut in one go?
We'll be replaying the full match on YouTube at 11.45am (GMT) - tune in to see if you're up to the task 📺
Looks to be significantly cropped for some reason... so much so that the top of the score graphic is being cut off.
Compare to how it originally broadcast: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/tennis/40313757

So are they going to build a structure across all the roads on the route so they can put them "behind closed doors"?
It's a tricky one - obviously less of an issue than a stadium full of people and most of it doesn't need the crowd, but it's a few hundred people moving around France and for that reason surely can't go ahead if by then we're in a similar situation to now.
I'd say now the Olympics are out delay by a month for now then make another call in May.
I’ve done some interesting TV in my time. However, producing a 90 minute football show this Saturday, with 5 guests, none of us leaving our homes & my only crew member standing outside a window...will take some beating. 🙌 pic.twitter.com/fIaWnMKNcE

Edit:
Now with video
So, here is how we will broadcast TV to you, despite the lockdown...not a single person leaving their home, no-one with 2 metres of me, and all using the 4G network. There are some clever people out there. 👍🏻❤️ pic.twitter.com/FoePpk3om7
