Been watching a lot of Sky Sports with Boost this weekend. Why can't NoWTV even with Boost at 50fps track horizontal movement cleanly? Microjuddering plain to see especially with pitch patterning.

What platform are you watching on? Laptops, Desktops, Tablets and Phones will be 60Hz usually, so will show 10Hz micro juddering on 50Hz motion as one frame in 5 will be repeated to get from 5 frames to 6, and thus from 50->60Hz. (It may also be possible for you to configure a NowTV box to output 60Hz, not 50Hz, too?)
If you are watching at 50Hz and still seeing judder, then that suggests they may have issues in deinterlacing their 1080i25 sources to 720p50 or 1080p50. (The nature of interlace on 50Hz native content is that there is motion between the two fields within an interlaced frame - and you have to trade-off vertical resolution with >25Hz motion in the deinterlacing process. Some adaptive deinterlacers can fail nastily in some situations.)
I believe I have resolved the issue, I am currently beta testing the ‘New’ interface, which seemed on installation to switch the adaptive setting on the Roku Pink box off, hence leaving it at 60Hz, I have now reset this, albeit there being no comparable material this morning to test. SSN looks better with appreciably less judder on the bottom scrolling text.
Will report tonight.
Thanks.
EDIT
Watching the SSPL Rerun of LEIAVI, now working as it should. Thanks Noggin.

Like you, we were all looking forward to watching the upcoming Sky Sports fixtures and events. We recognise that it is a fast-moving situation and we are working at speed to ensure we continue to deliver for all of our customers. A number of sporting events have been postponed due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), but we still expect to be able to show these when they are rescheduled.
As more information becomes available, we will continue to provide updates to all of our NOW TV customers, and will update the latest fixture information at nowtv.com/updates as it comes in.
Thank you for your patience in these uncertain times.
I’d like to post this reflection on their Community Forum, but based on what’s occurring there I’d probably get lynched. However I have posted this on Twitter and reproduce it here ....

Would people stop harassing organisations for refunds at present, hell we’ve a lot to complain about with @nowtvhelp and it’s calamitous service, yet to be fretting while people are seriously ill, and indeed worse, about your precious F1 Sports Pass is minor, minuscule in fact.
Well said. It seems that some people have got tunnel vision (or to be less diplomatic, they've got their heads up their a***s). They're complaining about not being able to see the live match Well there is something more important than football

Of course there might be people who are uncertain of when their next pay cheque is going to go in and need the money to pay their rent, particularly the self employed. Your post makes it sounds like you think these call centre staff would otherwise be providing frontline NHS services.
