Norton just announced the artist and song will be revealed Thursday morning on Radio 1 and Radio 2.
Be interesting to see if it's a song that fits into Radio 1 and 2 without being out of place on one of them

Why Radio 1 and 2?
Because very few are listening to both at the same time.

Why Radio 1 and 2?
Either it's a big name or it's the Greg James and Ken Bruce duet we've all been waiting for.

Almost certainly to be in the run up to the 1000 junction on R1 and news on R2 so that it can be jointly announced across both services, by Greg and Ken. It will add to the 'suspense' to make it as late as possible on Greg's show.

A lot of people on Twitter getting excited about who is and who isn’t signed to BMG, with most guesses being JLS. But why JLS? BMG aren’t in this just because they fancied a go, they’re presumably after using it to launch a new act. I think a lot of the “fans” are missing the bigger picture.

Eurovision Reddit is thinking it's Mabel due to a "three month touring gap from March until the beginning of June".

I don't know, there wasn't anything in the original spiel about using it to launch a new act. JLS have a tour to push and had some European success so it would certainly make sense to relaunch their career at Eurovision, they'd certainly be a safe pair of hands.
Don't forget BMG aren't making this decision on their own, they'll be pitching a number of acts to the BBC so it's very much their decision to. Marvin's already a BBC entertainment presenter it's not impossible to think they'd go for him.
I hope it's not then though.

The tour is almost sold out through so not sure they need it.
I don't want a big name (that readers of tabloids would know) unless they can get top five - otherwise their failure will simply further the negative attitudes about the contest in the way a failure with an unknown wont.

Wouldn’t be a bad group to send and a reformed “boy band” has had some success for the U.K. (Blue came a respectable 11th in 2011). BUT. what’s often overlooked (especially in the U.K. for some reason) is it’s really the
song
(and related to that, the performance) that matters. Blue had an ok song, but the performance on the night I found underwhelming.
