Think so - wasn't that well received IIRC. People were expecting a chat show but think it was more of a game show with guests.

That was Bradley Walsh's Late Night Guestlist, wasn't it? It tried too hard to be The Tonight Show and focusing too much on silly games, it was a bit cack.

No idea what Showtime was then, unless it was the working title for Late Night Guestlist.

I'm assuming so. One of the tabloids wrote about Showtime being commissioned and explained a premise very similar to Late Night Guestlist.
