Also I think it's not any artist's release. Probably that's music just made for sign-off, station id, specially for virtual TV usage.

Recently I was looking for that everywhere on YouTube and I heard some tracks sounding like this. Like "majestic" music made with very cheesy instruments, probably just Amiga Tracker or something.
