It's only the BSC who upheld the complaints. They have no powers and are advisory only. If it was the ITC then Sky would have to worry!

That may well be so, but the BSC *can* order them to make an on-air apology.

I find it interesting that nobody has had anything to say about this.

If it happened on News 24, we'd be debating it until the cows come home.

I think it is an insignificant complaint.

Why was it different when every news broadcaster in the UK was constantly showing the close up dead bodies of the Hussien brothers? That was very disturbing, and quite pointless, yet no such complaint was upheld.

This sounds like a big fuss over nothing.

It was major news, Sky News showed the footage and reported the crash. Isn't that what watching the news is all about?
