The whole series has been brilliantly written and composed. It says a lot about our society and how we should care for other people, family or not. That final episode had lots of plot twists and the expected cameo from Terrence Hardiman. The final scene opens a lot of possibilities for a new series. Apparently, Auntie Beeb has been discussing whether or not to renew this series for a week or two, so let's hope we hear soon.
Also, Gill Sans on the BBC News microphone? Shame on you.
What, Demon Headmaster? I liked the finale but not sure about the Headmaster's aggressiveness before the school exploded (well caught on fire)
It does seem like there's something that happened in the production of that, with both hosts leaving the way they did without fanfare, and the best of almost seeming to be a contractual obligation thrown together with Hacker doing quick links. Was the Festive episode always meant to be a best of, or was it meant to be an effective episode 1 of a new series (like a lot of Sam and Mark's shows) that just didn't get made for some reason?

This took a while to get into I thought, but once it got going, one was hooked. I binge-watched six episodes straight last night. Of course it could never be the same as the original series from the 1990s and Terrence Hardiman, though in fairness I don't think anybody could have done it better than him so it was a hard act to follow for Nicholas Gleaves.
Every bit as creepy and terrifying as first time round even from an adult's point of view. No spoilers but if you saw the original show there comes a point where although it was tooted as a reboot it actually isn't. And that was fabulous.
Does anybody know what this 'Hack to the Future' thing on CBBC is? It looks like a documentary showing what Hacker has done over the past 9 months, but a lot of it appears to be fiction.
It feels like a video that he will shortly be uploading to his YouTube channel, same editing style and all. Although, I think that they could use the videos on his YouTube channel as shorts, like Nikki Lily Meets. It's a good opportunity to use Hacker especially after his show was cancelled a few years ago.

I suspect I may be shattering a few illusions here but you do realise Hacker is a fictional character on TV a as a fictional dog? So anything that "says" what he's been "doing" will also be fiction, that's sort of how this thing works...
