Are STV doing their own thing or taking the ITV programme?
They are doing their own programme with the very serious Bernard Ponsonby back to present it. I wish I could be more positive, but such output has always been very dry in the past, usually with a big focus on Z-list talking heads droning on for hours in the studio.

I agree. STV’s election coverage and Indyfef coverage has always been very poor.
Oh for heavens sake. Why don’t you all pipe down until it’s unveiled. Do you not thinking there is a very good reason the BBC are keeping their plans under wraps for once. Chris Cook ans other including some pres have always posted sneak pics on Twitter - this year they’ve not.
Don’t be disappointed until you see the damn show unveiled.
As for atriums - I’m personally pi$$ed ITV are not using that fabulous atrium for their main pres instead of Barbie’s boyfriend with that ugly desk extension.
Sky’s look amazing - I may dip in, I’ve four monitors now so let’s just wait until tomorrow.
Getting back to presentation - Sky's VR stuff looks really crisp, while BBC seem to be using the same graphics from like...the last 20 years? The House of Commons is like PS2 era graphics at this point. Just a small bummer that they haven't upgraded much.

Looks like they're using quite a few studios/locations for the coverage. I wouldn't expect a full through-the-night programme, but 7-9pm on Friday isn't very much. Not even a Radio nan Gaidheal simulcast?
Not sure about Radio nan Gaidheal
Also, the entire promo was recorded at Pacific Quay in Glasgow
Could she/they not have been referencing internal party data, which will be telling them based on canvassing which postal voters have/haven’t voted. It is quite normal within campaigns to know which of your postal voting supporters have cast their ballots.
. .
Yes, but it's the broadcasting of that data that is the offence. Another analogy is knowingly handling stolen goods
No it isn’t.
It isn’t a criminal or civil offence to share canvassing data gathered by the parties. They are not actual votes.
It is quite different from reporting what has actually happened at counts.
I’m not saying that’s what she did, just want to be clear.
Well, naturally it's all down to how and where the data was sourced, I apologise if I didn't make that distinction clear. There must be some doubt for the Beeb to have pulled any trace of LK's report
