And here's RBB's Berlin-specific news:
RBB, the ARD broadcaster that serves Berlin and Brandenburg, produces both separate newscasts for each region and pan-regional newscasts. Here's
Um 6,
a pan-regional broadcast that airs at 6 p.m.:

Here is a fragment from TV Breizh's anchorless regional newsflash in November 2006.
TV Breizh was launched in 2000 in Lorient (Brittany, France) by the CEO of the TF1 Group, Patrick Le Lay (born himself in Brittany).
At first it was a regional channel for a Breton audience, with some programmes in the Breton language (you can see a few words of Breton in the video). It was probably imagined as a sort of TG4 or S4C, but after a few years it shifted to a "repeat" channel format, slowly removing its Bretagne-focused and Breton-language content.

It's sad to see how TV Breizh and TMC have just become filler channels for TF1. Out of interest, there were plans to add the channel to TNT, but those were scrapped, along with the remaining Breton language output, so is just yet another generic general entertainment pay tv channel.

And TMC's the luckiest of the two, since it is free-to-air, hosts successful week-day evening show Quotidien , Alain Chabat's game show Burger Quiz , and sometimes gets to broadcast sport. Whereas TV Breizh is nothing more than "another generic general entertainment pay tv channel" today, as you put it in words.
