Looking throughout the day, I've tuned into Trace Vault and its been frozen on the current music video, it freezes between two frames as though it was being drawn line by line from the top and got stuck, this lasts the length of the particular video as the song title graphic still shows up when it should do.

How odd. Surely its not difficult to either wait till the end of the video, or time the videos to end/start at the changeover point?
The fact that all three ended like that would suggest the Trace channels aren't coming from the same place that the old channels did

What made it even more bizarre was that the rebrands took place shortly after advert breaks.
Chart Show Hits and The Vault rebranded around 2 minutes after the end of an advert break, and Chart Show TV rebranded around 5 minutes after the end of an advert break.
Also, in the advert breaks before the rebrand, Chart Show TV showed Trace Urban idents and The Vault showed Trace Vault idents going in and out of the breaks, so cannot understand why the rebrands didn't just happen immediately after an advert break.
Chart Show TV actually showed 2 advert breaks with Trace Urban idents before the rebrand actually took place.

That could’ve all been handled a lot better. I hope nobody was watching the vault countdown show, to have it crash in during number 2 of a top 20 is not very professional.

Trace Latina and Trace Urban are currently showing errors which features no DOG, a white background, a fish symbol(?) with music playing and showing the on-screen graphics. It does not affect the ads however.

These new channels haven't got off to a very good start. Trace Vault was having problems earlier as well, as posted earlier this evening in this thread.
The "fish" symbol looks like the coloured part of the DOG, and I'm guessing the rest of it is white, so isn't visible against a white background.

Well now I’m intrigued can you tell me/is any more.
Expect all the channel names to turn to '4' names instead. And all the former Emap/Bauer brands will disappear. Most likely exactly a year after they split and took full ownership of them.

Channel 4 took full control of the Box Plus Network on 8th January 2019, so if the rumours are true, the rebrand will take place in just over 2 months.
Expect all the channel names to turn to '4' names instead. And all the former Emap/Bauer brands will disappear. Most likely exactly a year after they split and took full ownership of them.
