This was a strange one.

I wonder why the presenter looked surprised?

Do Sky normal run the ticker during commercial breaks/sponsors?

Used to during sponsor bumpers during that presentation era.
In the current look they then decided they wouldn't, then they did and now they decided they won't again.

Anybody else having problems with the sound on ITV? It seems to be a bit out of kilter and delayed compared to the picture. (Freeview HD NI)

Jeffrey always seems to change his thumbnails when his videos appear on TVF!

Should I delete the video?

Don't delete the video, just remove the YouTube tag so it's just a link, and he doesn't get the oxygen of his "amusing" thumbnail showing.

I'm still wondering what the actual story is here, was he banned from here and he has some sort of major beef with DVB Cornwall (seeing as photos of him are always in his "amusing" replaced thumbnails)?

I think IIRC it was because the two posters in question ended up in a flame war which resulted in a ban and a termination. Who received what action is obvious, but it's probably safe to say Jeffery still lurks here.

He must do a LOT of lurking here to be able to change the thumbnails on his videos virtually as soon as they get posted here.

Edit: I notice the man himself has picked up on it and is having sly digs at me on YouTube, assuming that the 2001 in my username refers to the year I was born, which it most certainly doesn't, I'm well into my 30s I'm afraid, probably even older than he is.

According to his reply to RedTV, the man in the thumbnails are of Conservative MP Harvey Proctor. Anyways, we're getting off topic now so here's another two for the pile:
