This was previously posted about in the Sony thread, but thought it warranted its own thread, given that it seems likely (although not officially confirmed by Trace) that the Chart Show brand will be disappearing in November after 33 years, which really is the end of an era.
Initially, it was unclear as to whether Chart Show TV would actually be rebranded, as Trace have only confirmed a rebrand of 3 channels (not 4).
This page states that Chart Show TV, The Vault and Chart Show Hits will be rebranded, as Trace Urban, Trace Vault and Trace Latina respectively, although the Sky Media page which it links to doesn't actually confirm this:
https://www.tvchannellists.com/Forthcoming_changes_to_digital_platforms_(UK_%26_Ireland)#November
Having said that, I've also found this, where someone from Sky has said that it will be these 3 channels which will be rebranded:

Assuming that Trace Vault will be showing urban music (rather than pop music), this means that they will be going from 4 pop channels to 1 (or possibly none, depending on what happens to Starz), so will be interesting to see what happens to the ratings, given the previous rebranding of Total Urban to Total Country (possibly due to low ratings), and I'm not sure if there is much of an audience for a dedicated Latin music channel in the UK.

Original post from the Sony thread:
Sony's former music channels, now owned by TRACE Music are set to undergo a major overhaul this November!
Chart Show TV will become TRACE Urban, so the end of an era for this channel. Also the pop/top 40 music will be dropped for more R&B/grime/rap videos.
The Vault will become TRACE Vault, with music and shows from the past 20 years including Nickelodeon's Kenan and Kel.
And finally, Chart Show Hits is turning Latin as it becomes TRACE Latina, the first ever channel in the UK dedicated to Latino music.
The fate of Starz however is still unknown, but TRACE Music did state a rebrand of the channel in October was on its way in a statement to Ofcom earlier this year, as part of an investigation by the regulator over a breach in UK broadcasting rules made while the station was still owned by Sony. A recap of what happened to cause this breach is down below.
