If you look at the screen left of the letter "r" in Sport, the location names in the cats cradle disappear when they rotate past that point.
The voiceover artist sounds slightly different, but I could be mistaken.

2008 sting idents have been replaced visually with a simple, new design. However, the 2008 sting music lives on!

Nice seeing they even replace the logo on the multiviewer. Even PBS had the new Reith countdown which is amazing because for years after the move to NBH they were still using the old SD one. I got the times wrong on the launching of Reith thinking it was specifically at 12BST and not GMT. So the GMT launch mediaboy said was at 8AM EDT, however Reith launched a half hour before at 11:30 GMT.

Also of note: BBC World News has dropped the "Live The Story" tag that lived below the logo.

I will say this it’s better than I expected. I’d personally prefer if they dropped the grey and maybe used a off white sort of color with the Astons - that’s the biggest complaint that I have. Maybe align the show logo next to the BBC World News graphic so there’s not all this dead space between two. Grey or black just isn’t a color I think most people are used to seeing in a lower third. The other templates and full screens I like very much, just those tweaks to the lower third would make me happy. 7/10
Kudos to those who made it happen.

The old SD countdown was used by the distributor of BBC World News across the PBS stations of the time, KCET Los Angeles. As of June 1st, 2019, the current distributor is WETA Washington D.C., one of the stations behind PBS Newshour (the other being Thirteen WNET New York). WETA also handles the corporate and foundation underwriting for BBCWN / WNA https://weta.org/press/weta-enters-partnership-represent-and-distribute-bbc-world-news-programming-pbs

There's some real attention to detail here! The times for the US are presented in AM / PM since that is the most commonly used format by Americans, while the Asia-Pacific feed uses the 24 hour clock.

Not much of a countdown on bbc world news very disappointing handover they are some nice elements, but the headlines whilst it has nice animations needs to be on one line and a few font sizes smaller with closer kerning the characters are too spaced apart, the lower thirds whilst it animates ok is really inconsistent and old fashioned looking and makes no use of the lines animation, that serif font has created a line height issue which is why both headlines and the lower thirds are much taller before, the programme strap on world now looks lost as there’s no clock on BBC World News, GMT hasn’t received new titles
Talking Business has no new titles but had inherited a nice new cube graphic and Reith looks very good on that with some nice pulses going on in the floor.
Need to look at the pres package but like two or so weeks ago the lower thirds design is a let down but the ticket underneath it is ok.
