So with 8 being added to the existing idents according to Superunion at their talk, there are 4 left to come this year. Three regular ones and a new Christmas one.

Can we agree that his has to be the best ident package UK television has seen for at least 20 years?

Agreed!! Meanwhile BBC One has one of the worst...

I like this new one.
Very artsy but let's hope they give Thought-Provoking another appearance or so.

Not so sure about that one - great having regular additions but they need to keep the quality up and the curve should always be the starting point of the idents. That one feels like it's a bit of an afterthought.

I reckon once the new idents have been pumped out and have been given time to settle in, we might start to see more of the lesser-seen idents such as 'Gritty' and 'Thought-Provoking'.

Absolutely love that new one. Just ticks all the boxes for me - straight in, symbol, BBC Two, audio cue, gorgeous visuals.

This is great stuff, really really great.

I want to see Thought Provoking get more outings and Gripping used more at 9pm.
