I was more annoyed at the sexist smear comment afterwards - 'It's usually men who say that'.

Couldn't have looked more deliberate if she tried.

Exactly my thoughts. How odd that was the first thing that went through her mind.

Can you imagine the uproar if the genders were reversed?

Is playing out a sound clip as an video file normal practice? Watch the clip and you’ll see a title card with the metadata and name as sweetness.wav. It appeared on screen briefly then they cut the to the camera as it continued playing.
Do a taste test they said. Live. It'll be fine..... It wasn't. The stuff they make us do on @BBCBreakfast.... pic.twitter.com/gX05koI0Nw

The last two clips posted show the contrasts in delivering risque content. Ben Thompson and Victoria Fritz's innuendo laden sweet tasting feature is hilarious, while Derbyshire has clearly deliberately said the C-Bomb and then rants about men using the term.
Sorry Victoria, lovely films and crap stunts like this don't make good tv.

Looks like the wrong mosart template was used. There are (in W1 at least) sound only templates which open the sound fader and run a server clip but don’t take the vision. If they put in a standard clip mosart template then pressing take next will have done just that, sound and vision.
