Have we found out who podium guy is yet?

It's documented on the Daily Fail website:

I see the Mail on-line misappropriate the word 'hero' as is so common these days.

Is it the first or second B that stands for Buzzfeed?

Do you remember that much-repeated anecdote about Lord Reith visiting the BBC for an interview in his 70s?

I'm not that old! Laughing

Looks like the broadcasters are hoping for a Boris v Gove drama.

The Tory party could move very quickly and everyone just drop out, leaving one and they just become leader and PM.

Ugh. Really. REALLY?

Of all the people capable of interviewing

Boulton
Ridge
Murnaghan
Austin
Rigby

I mean.. anyone, anyone, but Kay Burley.

It will be a guaranteed toe-curling embarrassment from start to finish.

It isn't the interviewer that puts me off watching any of these.

She may have been the only person both the parties would agree to interview. I don’t know her political biases (as I’m watching domestic US news during her show). But from what I’ve seen from Boulton he’s let his partisan colors shine (I forget which way). Maybe they also wanted a more friendly face.

If you mean political parties, this is the Conservative leadership election so both candidates are from the same party (even if in name only 😁). If you mean parties in a more general sense, then we don’t know who the two parties will be yet.
