Nice to see that they've went for a simple transition-like design. Most German channels are known to have this type of presentation device, which makes the channel look really consistent. Most notable example is Kabel Eins, which uses transitions at the start and end of the promos, which is really clever. (go to 0:56)

Actually Bleed is a Norwegian design agency. But another design agency, an Austrian one called Partlhewson worked with Bleed on the new look ORF 1
In Austria, ORF eins has rebranded, with a new logo, new graphics and a not-so-new name - it is now once again known as ORF 1. The rebrand is intended to give ORF 1 a more consistent look and feel, and is part of a much wider overhaul of the channel - you might have seen their new news studio in the International News thread. The new look is based around bright colours and bold typography, with a custom font called
Eins Sans,
and is designed to work just as well online and on social media as it does television. Here's the new logo in all its glory:
