AFAIK there aren't currently any changes planned for ZiB on ORF 2. It's worth noting that the changes to ORF eins are the result of ORF management's wish to significantly beef up that channel's news and current affairs output. As part of the changes, there will be an extra edition of ZiB every weeknight at 6pm, followed by the news magazine I mentioned at the top of this page; there will also be a current affairs talk show launching in May. I understand that ORF eins itself is also set to go under a rebrand, possibly going back to being called ORF 1.

Now may be a good time to take a look at current Austrian news intros, including those from ORF eins. This compilation is from early 2017, but I think ATV is the only station that has had any substantive changes since then:

Singapore's only 24-hour news channel Channel NewsAsia is 20 years old today. Starting from April the channel will be relanuched as CNA, in conjunction with the transformation of the channel as a transmedia news outlet.

Some bits and pieces from a November 2002 edition of ProSieben Nachrichten, with what I think is an excellent theme and title sequence:

And how about that studio design? Cool Intro is at 0:25, outro at 1:34, weather forecast at 1:59 above; your anchor is the (IMO) brilliantly-named Florian Fischer-Fabian.

That theme was carried over from ProSieben's mid-to-late-1990s look, when the broadcaster used a WSVN-lookalike set. Here's a news update from 1997:

And here's the original set in action at the hyper-tabloid WSVN in Miami:

As of April 1st, (JST) NHK WORLD - JAPAN (previously and still informally called NHK WORLD), the international arm of Japanese public broadcaster NHK unveiled a new look and three new newscasts which will air in place of the standalone NHK Newsline and will be airing Monday to Friday: Newsline Biz , Newsline In Depth and Newsline Asia 24 . For the last two weeks of March, NHK relocated Newsline to the home of its sister, Newsroom Tokyo before debuting the new set.
Here is the debut of the new look NHK Newsline with presenter Miki Yamamoto as in this tweet from Brand Graffismo

In Austria, the ORF have built a new studio for the news programmes on ORF eins. The studio was designed by American-Austrian architect Stuart Veech, whose company also designed the current Al Jazeera studios, as well as many previous ORF studios. This new ORF eins studio has lots of square edges, with Veech's motto being 'no curves'. There are reportedly seven video walls - four large, three small, all capable of displaying 4K images. The new studio is reportedly 250 square metres in size, with the largest video wall measuring 15 square metres.

The new studio is part of a wider revamp of the news output on ORF eins, which includes a new early-evening news strand, and is set to launch on Monday 8 April. Here are a couple of articles about the revamp, one from a national newspaper, and the other from ORF's own website. Both are of course in German, so Google Translate might come in handy.

A preview of the new look as seen on ORF's ZiB Magazin:
