Even on windows and in a proper browser it can be a struggle to get videos to play on there half the time.

Or it keeps interrupting by adverts. But that's where my major copyrighted videos go.

Who are you on dailymotion?

Some great stuff there! I don’t find DailyMotion particularly user friendly though.

Is it just me or can you not search channels on Dailymotion?

I don’t think you can. In fact, it’s difficult to search for anything. I don’t find navigating it very easy at all - I believe you can save or “favourite” channels and videos and set up playlists but it’s not easy to navigate at all. Desperately needs an overhaul/redesign if they expect it to seriously compete with YouTube.

Though on the other hand they probably don't want it to "seriously" compete and then attracy too much attention from the copyright police.

Article 13 might have something to say about that. In fact they've previously been pulled up multiple times by European Courts for doing sod all about copyright infringement, primarily in regards to French and Russian TV apparently.

Sticking with the Disney Channel wand presentation, here is Hilary Duff doing a few takes.

Surely the director should have prepped that better? placed marks or a guide wire?

But then all the viewers would see where the wand should go. Always best to start from scratch

Ernie Wise gets to work with Zippy, albeit as part of a dream but whatever:

Many episodes of Rainbow on YouTube carry credits that credit the writing of the episode to cast members (the above by Stanley Bates). Geoffrey Hayes wrote a few as did Freddy Marks (as in Rod, Jane and Freddy) who in one episode I found both wrote an episode and a book for the storytime segment.
