Thats it, its all over now: It had a great start but just fell flat.

The main trouble with it was that truTV US revamped after ours launched and because a LOT of the more 'popular' sorts of programming that the US version shows have homes on other networks over here, they should have seen this coming in the first place.

The rebrand to True Crime might explain the closure of Sony Crime Channel 2 in November.

And also the ironic thing is the original true Crime became Sony Crime Channel (1), ridiculous in my opinion.

TruTV hasn't changed it programming in a long time. It's still the same old US true crime shows. And with the rename tomorrow True Crime it doesn't seem like it will change. Could it be a place holder channel? But what kind of channel would Sony launch that they have not already launched? Also True Crime will not not be on Freeview now either like the old True Crime was so it's ratings are going to be even worse

DMAX has also trying to cash in on the 11pm slot:
ET
Yeah, no one watches BBC One at 11 in the night... let alone bloody DMAX.

Yeah, no one watches BBC One at 11 in the night... let alone bloody DMAX.
especially when all 5 seasons of that show are on Netflix to watch any time (and it’s highly recommended).

Food Network has slipped out some new peak time idents, these new idents look exactly like the presentation/bumpers. It seems there have appeared at some point since Jan in peaks only.
