Another ident aired in the 3.15pm junction. It's another variant of the 'Rain' one, just this time the logo isn't coloured pink but a bluey-green instead.

Not liking the informal continuity into Politics Live. "It's Dom here"

All announcers have been told to name check at start of their shift. As Jennie did last night.

I like it

Yes. BBC Scotland continuity from 12pm to 12am.

Seems an unnecessary luxury.
W1LL, GMc and London Lite gave kudos

Seems an unnecessary luxury.

It's only the same as they had before when it was BBC Two Scotland

Yeah, it’s been happening for a while now - particularly the first morning junction on BBC Two and into The One Show on BBC One.

I've noticed that the channel is being reference verbally as "The BBC Scotland Channel" on trailers.

Radio Shetland and Radio Orkney are still just about around too with opt outs from Radio Scotland.

Yes, and I think the Borders region still gets opt out radio bulletins.

There are several news bulletin opt outs from Selkirk, Dumfries, Aberdeen, Inverness as well as the longer programmes for the Orkneys and Shetlands

Ahem... Orkney and Shetland. They're on BBC Sounds these days - the news bulletins are worth a listen for the wonderful accents.
