I've noticed that. They also seem to having problems with the newswall multi feed thing. They are not lined up with the actual screens, so there is a great thick black line down the middle!

In the past few days they've been having a lot of problems with losing feeds to correspondents in America, Iraq and Afghanistan momentarily.

The feeds are now gone, the newswall is now showing the sky news today globe animation.

I prefer that Sky News Today background than the multi screen thing.
Shame the last remaining branded half hour (News at Ten) has all but fanished now. They don't even play closing music now. Does anybody remember how fab News at Ten used to be in the 98-01 look? They used to even dim the lights to make it look more serious. Why can't they do that now? Make it look more atmospheric. Rather than like a public loo!

There seems to be something odd going on now - a couple of dodgy shots (on co-presenter too early), and a "Bush snr grab" VT clock was shown for a good 10 seconds.
Sky News have just gone into a break due to technical problems - video wall showing a VT clock, picture quality is also very blurry (remember the early days of little john).

The picture is very fuzzy isn't it ... and the vision mixing isn't great - lots of jumps when they cut to things. Perhaps they have a vision mixer problem.

Return from break: no straps, video wall feeds now up, but each side is a mirror of the other if you get my meaning, studio feed to VT very jumpy.
