(You don't have any motion processing enabled on your TV do you? That can often 'smooth out' asymmetric frame repetition judder.)


No processing at all on my cheap as chips Philips tv. The settings aren't as user friendly as my old LG tv, so did take a while to calibrate the picture. Don't get me wrong, it's not as good as rendering at 24p, but not as awful as watching content at 30/60fps at 50Hz.
