Is Corsica the only France 3 region that gets an in-vision weathercaster?

No, but it is one of very few. France 3 Hauts-de-France has Anne-Sophie Roquette on weekday mornings (https://france3-regions.francetvinfo.fr/hauts-de-france/emissions/meteo). FYI, since Nord-Pas-de-Calais became HDF, they also do a forecast which is in gifs and memes form and is shown on Facebook and occasionally on '9h50, le matin', Franceinfo stole this 'meteo gif' idea last year but no longer show it.

Strangely, France 3 Poitou-Charentes also gets to have an in-vision weather report presenter (Jérémy Le Bescont), despite Poitou-Charentes being a way less populated area than the Île-de-France capital region.
