Going by that clip I suspect the lens is probably a write off, and it might have also fractured the camera's optical block. Who is the facility/OB company for that show ?
Ouch and ouch. You could just see it was gonna happen as soon as the camera starts to drop lower. It sounds like a nasty fall from the cameraman. And it look like the camera may have sustained a bit of damage too. Hopefully they're quite robust nowadays?

I was just about to tweet this. It's pretty much exactly the same as C3NE. I wonder if Tyne Tees viewers are currently getting a sense of Deja Vu.
It's also the mission victory music from the 2002 PC game Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood . Definitely a library track.
The Greatest TV Moments Of All Time credited the music to Paul Farrer (also known for The Chase, Dancing On Ice, Weakest Link and others). I've had a search through some of the main production libraries though and couldn't find the C3NE music, although there are quite a few similar sounding tracks of his.
I’ve no means of getting a capture at the moment, but some might be interested to know that ‘The Greatest TV Moments of All Time’, currently on ITV is using the old Channel 3 North East ident music as its theme tune.
It was also used by Sky News in its hour top theme for a while in the late 90s. Presumably it’s a library track, but I’ve never managed to find it.

Go Compare
We’ve got the view, just for you Go Compare.
From SD lenses, to HD frenzies, we may even have some UHD somewhere...
I think fatty’s been compromising my account again...
Oh god, is the fat bloke going to appear and start singing about cameras now too?

Don't worry, I'm sure they'd thought to insure it!
It's ITV Shiver, by the way.

Shiver are only a production company aren't they, or do they provide tech facilities too ?
