NY1 - Relaunches with new look

Very nice! Even has the standard TV set coffee table. Got to ask though - any need for 5 clocks showing the exact same time?

I think it's a tongue-in-cheek reference to old-style newsroom clocks that would show the time in various cities around the world. By having clocks for different parts of NYC, the channel is jokingly referencing its very local nature.

Actuallyl i think the clocks for each borough is brilliant bit of irony.. The channel is All of New York. All the Boroughs. All the Time.

I really like the effort they've put into their new morning show. Have they got a new studio for the rest of the day's output yet, or are they still using the temporary backdrop?
