I saw this on Mondays episode and just wanted to ask. Rita has sliding doors going in to the lounge room in her house and another wooden door next to them that looks like it leads in to nothing?
The double doors were to separate the living room and dining room whilst the brown door was the original door leading from the hallway.
I've just watched this episode. The "brown door going to nowhere" could actually be the open kitchen door, or the door under t'stairs!

I couldn't get a clear view.
However, I did capture these images from ITV3HD.

It's a good job TVForum didn't exist in 1986. Can you imagine the
apoplectic seizures
that may have been induced by the completely random change in fonts at the end/start boards of the commercial break?
Furthermore, I'm not sure whether or not this is a fade to a genuine end board. It looks more like a fade to the original intro board, especially as it's not even horizontally/vertically aligned correctly.
Granada never had any idents at this time, other than a static board. (I know, I grew up in
Granadaland
, and was jealous of other regions when I saw them having better).
The end board should have "Production" under the logo, at least, if not also the copyright notice if it was from the original broadcast.
