Well it was 2002 so that's very likely

Incidently I always wondered where that was filmed, trying to work out the geography by the buildings. I assumed it was south of the Thames but the video says it's in Holborn. The Natwest Tower ('Tower 42') looks so odd there by itself, the skyline has changed dramatically in the last 15 years

No, that was far too East, and quite a low rise building

The old Mirror building was in Holborn and very tall, but was long gone by then

It wasn't south of the Thames as you can see the Tate Modern/Millennium Bridge - It was a building opposite the Deloitte offices in London
