Yep, it's horrible, and gives the punter virtually no information, following the weblink
to www.thats.tv currently takes you to the home page, where both services are dead end links. (and have the wrong branding). The entire operation seems a colossal waste of electricity, and spectrum.

The two That's TV Thames Valley channels will launch in May. Reading on May 3, Basingstoke on May 23.

No sign of Reading launching yet, and it's now May 4th !

Animated pink 'Coming Soon' logo and musak, still running on both Reading and Basingstoke muxes.

Ofcom have now published (I gave them a nudge last week) the local TV licences for Middlesbrough, plus the new STV2 ones. The STV2 ones confirm that the new local channels have to broadcast a number of local programmes a week, but as slots on the channel. Ofcom's decision-making process on the matter is not published. Mold is on [was first published last month], but again the decision-making process that resulted in Made TV taking it over is not published - very different to how Birmingham was handled several years back when the original licence winner failed pre-launch and the channel was taken over by Kaleidoscope.

Can someone tell me what That's TV in places other than Manchester shows when they're not showing local news or Talking Pictures? Are they networking from Manchester, or do they have other local programming? I'd check their schedules, but none of the channel websites have one. I've asked That's Manchester via their website contact form where I can find one (aside from the EPG - which I believe is not working at present), but I've never had a reply. I've said this before, but what is the point in providing contact information / forms, only to ignore it?
