That's an odd one...

Looking at popscene, that night's episode of Top Of The Pops is one of the few from that year that actually still exists.

The elusive 20th Anniversary episode of Surprise Surprise from 2003.

This never originally made it to air at the time as Cilla resigned from ITV a few weeks after recording.

Is Surprise Surprise coming back in 2017? its not been on air in 2016. nice to see that special.

It did air eventually, turning up on ITV3 after her death.

Shame the uploader's exported to 60fps without capturing it accordingly.

Probably because it's recorded from the ITV Player which doesn't do 50i.

Looks like they didn't adjust the fps to 25 using their screen recorder.
