I didn't know that Sky One had in-vision continuity in 1993 when Sky Muitichannels launched.

If Sky wanted Sky One (and a short-lived original Sky 2) to give a British flavour in the mid 90s they would've had NickAlive-esque live links in between the shows.

With that credit style it could only be either DS9 or Voyager anyway, and Voyager didn't exist back in 1993.
