BBC One Christmas Ident 2016 Speculation

Good call. This is a speculation thread anyway and we won't be speculating any more once the idents actually show up.

I think part of the reason that some members (including myself) are impatient is because, it is December 3rd, and BBC1 have yet to even show a single trail. I don't mind waiting for idents, I like anticipating the idents once I've seen the trail but it's the "nothingness" from the BBC that I find frustrating. How many more times do we have to see the same four trails? CBeebies, Rillington Place, BBC Music Awards and FA Cup! I do agree with Asa though. Some of us constantly posting when there is really nothing to post is winding people up! I'll pop back when something happens.

Personally, I quite like the fact that Christmas on the BBC hasn't started this early.

But then, I'm a bit of a Scrooge who isn't the biggest fan of the festive season.

Glitterball ident before Strictly. No Christmas ident yet.

Nothing before the 7pm Strictly, so I guess it's either tomorrow or the next weekend.. I can't see it launching in the middle of the week or at 8 later

one thought here could the Christmas logo be harbouring a rebound of a type and that's the delay possibly not but that's a theory anyway that no one else has added
