It's because the journalists of i>Télé wanted to broadcast some live programme about the debate before and after the debate (analysis, commentary, etc), but the direction refused. So, only the debate is to be broadcast.
Rumours (and some i>Télé journalists) say that this refusal of pre-debate and post-debate content was decided by the direction to avoid journalists to have an occasion to address their claims on-air.
