HR, the ARD broadcaster for Hesse, Germany; 1984:

In Hungary, new intro and new set for the newscast RTL HÍRADÓ, aired on the private channel RTL KLUB. I love the new set.

Indeed. Their previous (real) set was better -- and it was actually located in the Frankfurt skyscraper that gave the program its name:
