What about Jeff Stelling, he would be brill, maybe a shake-up is needed with Eamonn leaving, so ...

Monday-Thursday
Jeff Stelling & Gillian Joseph, Nazazeen Ghaffer (Weather), Colin Brazier (Sports)

Friday-Sunday
Stephen Dixon & Sarah Jane Mee, Jo Wheeler (Weather), Jacquie Beltrao (Sports)

Gamal Fahnbulleh & Isobel Webster would be fill in presenters wherever needed, whilst Jo Wheeler would fill in for the weather, Sky Sports News HQ presenters would fill in on the sports.

In addition Gamal Fahnbulleh would be a news correspondent, whilst Isobel Webster would regularly present on a Sunday.
Colin Brazier would occasionally fill-in wherever needed usually on a weekday.

Colin Brazier doing three minutes of sport per half-hour (in which he doesn't have a specialism) as opposed to the three hours a day of news he does now? And Jeff Stelling with zero background in news? Are you totally off your nut?!

Attention will undoubtedly turn to post-Eamonn plans, but I can tell you right now, they won't have thought about it in this level of detail, and if it comes out exactly like this, I give you my word right now that I will resign from my job and write you a personal letter of apology!

There are lots of breakfast tv presenters who have background in sport - Ben Shephard, Sean Fletcher, Dan Lobb, Dan Walker, Chris Hollins, Andrew Castle, Sally Nugent.

I wonder why Isabel Webster whenever these fantasy rotas come into fruition seems to always get relegated?

I know she's no Charlotte Hawkins who had amazing chemistry with Eamonn, but she's not dire in any sense.

It's quite simply not going to happen and the granular level in which you have considered this (Brazier on sport?!?!) is just not the way the people who make these decisions think.

I said my idea would be she would alternate with Sarah Jane Mee on Sunday's and relief whenever the main presenters are away.

Still a major relegation though for a senior presenter.

They (by which I mean any people who make such decisions - not just at Sky) just simply wouldn't make a decision that convoluted... seriously... stop!

Piers Morgan presents GMB, he has no background in news either, In the point about Isobel Webster, didn't Charlotte Hawkins on GMB get relegated to just 3 days a week after she returned from maternity leave and Ranvir Singh being relegated to just 1 day a week and not to forget Julie Etchingham on ITV NAT now being simply a relief presenter.

No background in news, eh? Other than editing a daily national newspaper and presenting a primetime interview series (a journalistic enterprise)?

I'm no fan of his, but please at least try to know what you're talking about.
