I know some people here really dislike brick wall sets, but this one is effective. I don't think it made it much past 1977, though.

Change his tie and youd have me fooled it wasthe early 2000s. Small basic set. But looks modernish for its time. Even some of the graphics.

There have been some minor graphic changes on France 24. For most of the summer, many fullscreen graphics were replaced with a very simple all-white backdrop with a cerulean frame inside. Now, the lower third animation has been flattened to not have any shadows or gradients. Some of the mini-feature show intros have also been changed from the half-screen graphic to an over-the-shoulder design. Pretty much everything else has stayed the same, but I thought these changes were interesting nonetheless. It's still the best look for any 24 hour news channel in operation today.

He's not impressed by the new show nor are the nearly 50 comments on the post.

IMO, those beams are a bit annoying. It looks like they decided to broadcast out of a warehouse or a furniture store.

*It's aired on all CTV-owned local stations east of the province of Manitoba and a live simulcast on CTV News Channel, which makes it available nationally. Local stations west of and including Manitoba have local morning shows because Bell Media was forced by the broadcasting regulator to provide more local content on those stations when they took full control of the CTV network. Those local shows could be scrapped in 2018 when that requirement expires unless it's added to the local stations' licences when they will be up for renewal some point in the future.

The show comes from the venerable 299 Queen St W. (Formerly ChumCity Building.) Its a heritage building that is slowing being destroyed by CTV. The Your Morning shares that same space as The Social
