The sad thing about that article is that they call her a "former BBC Breakfast presenter", not "5 News presenter" Sian Williams. I guess it shows how badly Channel 5 and 5 News are regarded.
Charlie Stayt mentioned Sian's breast cancer fight during the paper review at 6am on Breakfast as a "former Breakfast presenter" and that they had no idea about her fight.
Probably just different terms in the contract C5 has negotiated.
As C5 likes to keep changing their news provider it may be beneficial for them to own the copyright so archive material can be used by a new provider, but that is pure speculation.

At the end of The Agenda, the logo of ITN appeared as part of the title "ITN Productions", which is separate from ITN's news section, along with the ITN Productions slogan "Create something amazing. Today". Then the end-board saying "A production for ITV News and Current Affairs" appeared with ITN in small print at the bottom.
